Terms of service
Tardiness
If your Personal Trainer is more than 15 minutes late of scheduled time. You will receive a complimentary PT session arranged at a mutually convenient time for you and your trainer. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be canceled and your session will be moved to the end of term.
Cancellation
If for any reason we need to cancel your appointment with less than a 2 hour notice we will provide a complimentary personal training session at the next regularly scheduled time. If you are going to cancel scheduled appointment we request a 12 hour cancellation notice. Failure to do so will result in full rate charge. But session may be , moved to end of term ( to make up sessions, we understand life happens)
Refund Policy
If you are unable to continue your scheduled personal training sessions due to medical reasons, Reconstruct Consulting, will issue you a refund. You will need to submit a letter from your physician restricting exercise prior to the refund being generated. The refund will cover any unused training sessions.
Trainer Guarantee
If clients are not achieving improved results they may be eligible for a refund of the first month’s fees. To qualify, users must:
- Provide photos of meals eaten in the Month where Progress is not Seen.
- Meals Must Follow Guidelines
- Cant Miss More than 1 workouts per Week
- Show Mileage Walked each Week
- Ensure they are not in violation of any platform terms and conditions.
The refund request must include all required documentation. Our team will review the provided data, and if all criteria are met, a refund may be granted. Refunds are at our sole discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds only apply to the first month’s fees of our primary product; subsequent payments or fees are non-refundable.
Relocation Clause
If you move a certain distance away more than greater than 30 miles and can provide proof of your new lease and utility bill, you can break the contract and receive a refund for your pre-paid, unused sessions.

If you answered Yes to 1 or more question,

talk with your doctor by phone or in person BEFORE you start becoming much more physically active or BEFORE you have a fitness appraisal.

Tell your doctor about the PAR-Q and which questions you answered YES.

Prior to beginning our sessions at Reconstruct Consulting, LLC, it is important that we establish a mutual understanding regarding the nature of our training and the safety responsibilities involved. While we are committed to providing a secure environment, please be aware that strength and conditioning training involves significant physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, ligament tears, or back injuries. By signing this document, you acknowledge these risks and confirm that your participation is entirely voluntary. Furthermore, you verify that you are in good physical health and free of any undisclosed conditions that might increase your likelihood of injury. Should you choose to participate with a pre-existing condition, you accept full responsibility for your involvement and agree that Reconstruct Consulting, LLC shall not be held liable for any related incidents. Our priority is helping you achieve your objectives both safely and effectively."
